Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all pet clothing is hair-free, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
